EXTENDED CHORDS PAGE

Welcome to Page One of my Extended Chords pages. You should be able to find many of the extended chords you're looking for right here. I know that there are many interpretations of how to spell extended chords, these are mine. Some of the fingerings are tough and could be easier if I lost the Root of the chord and replaced it with something else, but I prefer to retain the Root, Third, Seventh and then add the Eleventh or Thirteenth, whichever I'm spelling.

I really love the sound of these extended chords, there's something about these chords that really drive the music, add feeling and sound a curious and sometimes exotic feel. Very cool.

Feel free to print and use these chords fo' whateva'.

Numbers located to the RIGHT of the fretboard indicate SPECIFIC FRET.

On some of these positions you may be able to slide the pattern up or down one fret allowing you to create your own Sharp or Flat key...
(This will be easy for you to do only if all four strings are fingered in the first place).
Play with it, see what you can do.

Or you can checkem ou' an go Nutha page hea.

I may add some others later, until then, play.
